I have manually checked .hex file and .map file and they don't have anything going into page 0...2.
I've also used Cursor to analyze the whole thing and conclusion from it was that produced files are clean, and match the source code and linker script, and the modified EBlink scripts looks mostly ok. Only thing was that there is a sector remap above sector 12 in scripts\stmicro\flash\f7_f4_f2.script but it is probably not the issue here, considering the ".ELF" signature written to 0x08000000.
I will try to create a project that reproduces this that I can send.
Of course you can include the scripts in EBlink Git repository. But I'll figure out the sector remap first.
