Debugger finished with status 1

My devise is "NUCLEO-F70RB with V2.J28.M18 STM32 Debug + Mass storage"
My OS is "Windows 10 x64"
My diver is "Stmicroelectronics st link dongle version 10.10.2013"

StLink V2 - all go OK.
When I use onboard StLink V2 and STM32LinkUtility - all go OK.
I get a problem just when I use StLink V2 and EmBitz 1.11 debuger
