Ticket#282 - Dissasembly window, instruction address->Examine memory uses decimal address

Stepping through STM32F3 code the disassembly window shows instruction addresses without the prefix 0x. After selecting the address the 'Disassemble @' and Examine memory @' options thus interpret the address as decimal and thus use the wrong address.

Whilst adding the 0x prefix to the instruction addresses would solve the problem, it would not be ideal as it would unnecessarily waste screen space as it should be obvious to any programmer that that these are hexadecimal.
