STM32F105 project creation problem

Hello. It's very strangely but when i create project for STM32 connectivity line device (like stm32f103) i have compilation error:

First connectivity line choice are from F105 to F107, then you must have chosen the previous option.
Now I did a quick New->Projects and using one of the F103 in STmicro.

it worked flawlessly... so we need details..

give more information... path taken to creation, CPU chosen.. anything that can help...

Did you compile the project once after creation?
Did you add file to the template?
etc...

So. This is the all my steps:

i check your step and the result was like your... you need to download the MCD ( standard pheripheral library) from ST and replace the one in the template. it will work... just need a little elbow grease
